Journal of Groundwater Science and Engineering is an international journal for research in the natural sciences, sponsored by the Institute of Hydrogeology and Environmental Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. It is published quarterly in English. It is indexed in: Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), VINITI Abstracts Journal (AJ), CABI（full text）, CNKI, CQVIP, Cambridge Science Abstract (CSA), Scopus, GeoRef. The editorial board welcomes the papers in the fields of hydrogeology, environmental geology, groundwater resources, agriculture and groundwater, groundwater resources and ecology, groundwater and geologic environment, groundwater circulation, groundwater pollution, groundwater exploitation and utilization, hydrogeological standard method, groundwater information science, climate change and groundwater. The journal will also be printed in hard copies in one volume with 4 issues per year.

We adopts double-blind system, the editors will send the manuscript to two reviewers.

Corresponding author is entitled to receive one issue of the printed journal free of charge. Call for Papers Journal of Groundwater Science and Engineering welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and scientific excellence, and will publish:
